Data Subject Application Procedure

Legal Basis: KVKK Art. 11, Art. 13, and the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller".

1. Right of Application

Under Article 11 of KVKK, data subjects have the right to apply in writing to our Company regarding their personal data. For the scope of these rights, please see Section 8 of the Personal Data Protection Policy.

2. Application Methods

You may submit your application via one of the following methods:

Anonymous e-mails or applications from unverified channels cannot be processed under the KVKK Communiqué.

3. Information That Must Be in the Application

Under Article 5 of the KVKK Communiqué, your application must include:

• First name, last name
• Turkish ID number for Turkish citizens; passport / ID number and nationality for foreigners
• Residential or business address for notification
• E-mail, phone, or fax number for notification
• Subject of the request
• (If applicable) information and documents related to your request
• Wet signature (for written applications)

Applications with missing information may be returned for completion.

4. Response Time

Your application is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest from the date the application reaches our Company. If the process requires additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply (KVKK Art. 13/2).

5. Rejection of an Application

Under Article 13/3 of KVKK, our Company may accept the request or reject it by stating its reasons. If your application is rejected, you find the answer insufficient, or you do not receive a response within the time limit, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days from the date you learn of the response and in any case within 60 days from the application date (KVKK Art. 14).
