4. Legal Basis
- KVKK Art. 5/2-c — pre-contractual discussion; necessary to establish a contract
- KVKK Art. 5/2-f — legitimate interest (request management)
5. Transfer
Your data is not transferred abroad without your explicit consent; domestically it may be transferred only within the scope of our legal obligations and to infrastructure providers that support our service delivery.
6. Retention Period
After your request is completed, the data is retained for 2 years; afterward it is deleted or anonymized.
